Mrs. Ajayi’s administrative path began with a commendable position as Vice Principal (Academics) at Queens College, Yaba, Lagos State. a) Federal Government College (FGC), New Bussa (2022-2023): Her first appointment as Principal was at FGC, New Bussa. Her dedicated efforts in repositioning the school led to her subsequent transfer. b) Federal Technical College (FTC), Ikare Akoko: Taking over as Principal at FTC Ikare Akoko, she oversaw significant academic and technical achievements. The school was rated among the top 1000 performing public schools in the May/June 2024 WASSCE, notably securing credit ratings in both English Language and Mathematics. c) National Robotics Champion: In 2024, she successfully managed the fortune of the FTC Ikare Akoko Robotics group, leading them to win 1st position in a national competition.
