Halima Sule Bello’s most celebrated achievement lies in her unrelenting focus on raising academic standards. Her strategic, innovative programs, informed by her national experience, led to an increase in pass rates in major national examinations (WASSCE/NECO).  Drawing on her policy experience at the FSB, she institutionalized a robust intervention program. By focusing on early mentorship and personalized coaching, she ensured students were academically qualified not just to pass, but to secure the credits needed for scholarship applications and tertiary admission.  STEM-Focused Empowerment: Recognizing the need to align school output with national development goals, she spearheaded the renovation and equipping of the school’s science laboratories. This initiative has led to a noticeable surge in students pursuing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), directly feeding the nations demand for female talent in science and tech fields.
